Why alert the public to this event? Wouldn’t the process be more effective if this was not announced? Aggressive driving is a problem. If a person is obeying the speed limit, many drivers seem to be irritated.
Does violation of the law result in the driver’s insurance rate increased? Is there a point when a driver could lose the right to drive?

We wondered about the advanced notice, too. You’ll near the lieutenant address that in the episode. The outcome of your other queries remain to be seen.
